Scope of Works

Anric Group was engaged by ATRC to deliver a full re-timbering package at the Chullora Maintenance Yard — a key facility in Sydney’s rail infrastructure. This job required detailed planning, efficient execution, and close coordination with yard operations to minimise downtime.

What We Delivered

From initial scoping through to final tamping, our crew managed the entire re-timbering process. This included sleeper removal, supply and installation of new timber sleepers, ballast regulation, and alignment checks. The project was completed safely, to spec, and on time — despite tight access and environment constraints.
